21st Cares: Young Williams Animal Shelter

Our team went to Young Williams to help build their new Intake Wing with Rescue Rebuild. We spent the day grouting the tile. Young Williams is a no-kill shelter where you can adopt or foster pets.

So far in 2019 they have had 200 adoptions! The intake center will serve as an area that people can bring lost pets that they have found in the area. They will also have a more private area where they can meet with people who are coming in to surrender their pets. Young Williams' goal is to keep every pet in their home, so they will work one-on-one with people to determine the root cause to why they may be surrendering their pets, and attempt to assist with issue.
